An Information Technology Pathway at Charlestown High School

C-Town Tech prepares students for college and careers in information technology and related fields—with students earning transferable college credit starting in 9th grade.

This four-year career pathway features:

• Free college courses from Bunker Hill Community College in Information Technology with program options in Digital and Computer Forensics and Investigations, Database Programming and Administration, Security and more
• Hands-on project-based learning that prepares students for the real world
• Paid summer internships, starting the summer before 9th grade
• Virtual and in-person mentoring and advising from local industry professionals
• Access to tutoring and academic support services for all four years
• Career exploration and development opportunities including résumé building and job shadowing
