2023 Ceremony Highlights

MassReconnect is a proposal to fund free community college for adults 25 and older who do not already have a college degree. The proposal is currently before the Massachusetts legislature, and, if approved, will begin in the Fall of 2023.

Student Success Center Construction Project

Learn more about the College’s first new building in over a decade. Scheduled to open in 2025, the 53,500-square-foot space will house various services including academic advising, counseling, student financial services, and student affairs, as well as a new College Library and studying and gathering spaces for students, faculty, and staff.

Vision Project for the Future Campus

BHCC is envisioning the advancement of its higher education mission at the Charlestown Campus through modern facilities and a vibrant built environment that connects the College’s diverse student body to the local and global innovation economies.

Bernice King

Dr. Bernice A. King, CEO of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change and daughter of the Civil Rights Icon, kicked off Bunker Hill Community College’s (BHCC) Compelling Conversations series on Thursday, November 3, offering students, faculty and staff unparalleled insights into her own story and her own unique perspective on the state of Civil Rights today.
